Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Yubasree Unique Foundation, we deeply value the trust of our donors and well-wishers. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which donations may be refunded or cancelled.

1. Donations

All donations made to Yubasree Unique Foundation are:

• Voluntary
  
• Non-refundable

   

• Non-transferable

   

We encourage donors to double-check the donation amount and details before completing the transaction.

2. Cancellation Policy

Once a donation has been made successfully, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure you review all donation information before final submission.

3. Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

• The donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transactions)

   

• The donation was made using fraudulent means

   

• The donation amount was incorrect due to a technical error

   

To request a refund, the donor must:

• Send a written request within 7 days of the transaction

   

• Include the donor’s name, donation date, transaction ID, and the reason for the refund

We reserve the right to accept or reject a refund request at our sole discretion. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–14 working days.

4. Chargebacks

In the case of a chargeback initiated by the donor without contacting us first, we reserve the right to contact the donor and dispute the chargeback with appropriate documentation.
